Languages & Beyond organized our trip to Malaga, Spain earlier this year and it was a wonderful experience. Right from the planning stage, Ruchi and Kejal – the co-founders of Languages & Beyond were hands-on and extremely professional.

They assisted and helped us at every step of the journey. From the accommodation and logistics, to organizing a variety of cultural and immersive learning experiences, they planned it all. Some of the activities that really stood out were the paella cooking workshop, fun activities at the beach and the flamenco dance workshop. These were thoughtfully organized to give students a first hand experience and deepening their understanding of the Spanish culture.

As a Spanish teacher, I always look for ways to help my students learn the language not just in class, but also in real-life situations. Language and Beyond gave us a great opportunity through a Spanish immersion trip that included Spanish lessons, cultural activities, and—most importantly—interactions with native speakers. This helped my students improve their Spanish and grow as individuals.

By staying with host families, students experienced daily life in Spain and learned to be more independent. They managed their own time, traveled to classes on their own, and took part in many different activities during the day. The program also helped them develop important skills like open-mindedness, confidence, and responsibility.

Taking part in this Spanish immersion trip was one of the best choices for my students.
